Our Story

Once upon a time, three Media Buyers and an Account Manager worked at a marketing agency, building out a department from the ground up. Now, this agency seemed pretty great. They had a good niche and a great team, but something wasn't adding up. 


So, what do pros like us do when they know they can do something better than it is being done? They do it themselves! Thus, Oak Barrel Advertising was born in November of 2023. So, we look brand new, but we are anything but inexperienced! Our four heroes, David, Joshua, Nicholas, and Zachary have a combined 10+ years of highly successful media buying experience for manufacturers, retailers, e-commerce brands, and more. Founded on the idea that Stability, Consistency, Simplicity, and Clarity trump "talent" every time, we only do one thing—Google Ads. Because we want to be the best. We have the goods. We are a new company obsessed with old ideas. Our approach is, "A good idea is better than a new idea".  Think of us like financial planners. We take your investment and manage its growth—but instead of stocks, bonds, etc., we leverage advertising.

We have been through the trends. We have seen the shiny objects.  We have chased them.  We have slogged through the valley of failure and despair. But, through that, we have come to the place of achieving repeatable results. Our culture is one of not caring what anyone has done once—or even 10 times. We also have experience in almost all realms of digital marketing. But, we only offer one. Google Ads. Why? Because Google Ads is the most efficient way to match a person with what they need. This is our secret formula: read books no one else bothers with, take their best ideas and implement them. Hence our old-school aesthetic.
